Our Proposal
With a history worth saving and a presence at Le Havre for the 2024 Olympic Games worth celebrating, we are looking for an individual or organization to be the new caretaker for Clarity.
Last sailed in 2018, she is currently safely stored indoors in Newport, Rhode Island. She could be launched and sailed as is, but her future lies in strengthening the integrity of her frames and other woodwork. Expert craftsmen in the U.S. and Europe would take pride in having Clarity
as showcase for their craftsmanship.
We have priced Clarity
at $35,000 (USD), far below the asking price of other vintage Six Meters, and we can assist with the logistics of shipping to Europe. But we will only pass Clarity
on to an owner with the dedication and resources to preserving her for future generations. We are happy to discuss how you can ensure she is ready for her 100th celebration of her life as a remarkable yacht and true Olympian.
