is currently safely stored indoors in Newport, Rhode Island. She could be launched and sailed as is, or would make a wonderful subject for a concours restoration. Expert craftsmen in the U.S. and Europe would take pride in having

as showcase for their craftsmanship.
Clarity
has been owned by Jed Pearsall, (Newport, Rhode Island) for the past 46 years- a testimony to how endearing this yacht is. Other legendary boats from the Pearsall provenance include the famous 1926 72' Fife yawl Hallowe'en
and the 1913 53' gaff rigged P-Class sloop Chips, both currently racing in the Mediterranean. Jed Pearsall and partner William Doyle currently own and actively sail the world famous 1905 New York 30 yacht, Amorita- an icon of classic yachts that has been in the family for nearly five decades.
Clarity is priced at $50,000 (USD), far below the asking price of other vintage Six Meters. But Clarity should only be sold to a steward with the dedication and resources to preserve her for future generations.
